A dry white wine of the Johanniter variety. The wine has an easily sensed aroma of citrus fruits, with a delicate note of pear and distinct touch of toast. The palate is dominated by fresh citrus fruits balanced with the sweetness of ripe peach. Best served with poultry and seafood.
